Practice

1Dice shrimp, set aside.

2Mix the diced shrimp and minced meat evenly, add seafood powder, Anji chicken essence, salt, and egg white to make the filling.

3Wrap it into small wontons.

4Add water, Anji Seafood Powder, Anji Chicken Essence, and salt to boil in the pot. Pour into the small Wonton and cook until done.

5Add seaweed, scallions, and coriander to serve.
