1Wash the beef with blanched water and set aside.
2Add blanched beef to the pressure cooker, pour water over the ingredients, and add star anise, fragrant leaves, ginger slices, scallions, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and rock sugar.
3Sprinkle with Anji Wuxiang powder seasoning and stir well.
4Cover the pot with a lid, turn on the heat, and let it steam before pressing for about 25 minutes.
5Remove and cool, slice into slices, plate and serve.
