1Wash the fresh shrimp and make an incision from the abdomen (to facilitate flavor and maintain shape).
2Mix the shrimp, cooking wine, scallions and ginger, and Anji salt and pepper seasoning well, and marinate for 30 minutes.
3Put the marinated shrimp into an oil pan at around 220 ℃.
4Fry for about 5 minutes until the shrimp skin is crispy.
5Remove the shrimp, sprinkle with Anji salt and pepper seasoning, and fry the onions and green and red peppers in hot oil.
6Take it out and it's ready to eat.
